Hi, I'm Chloe!
I am in my early 30's, live in Perth, central Scotland with my husband Jamie and our puppy Hank. I am passionate about creating romantic and modern looks to make my bride and her bridal party feel their absolute best on the greatest day of her life!
I trained in hairdressing at a Perth salon, then continued my makeup training at the Lauren Gollen Makeup Academy in Edinburgh. As soon as I merged my skills I really found my passion for bridal hair and makeup grew! Even as a little girl I loved all things beauty, which grew at a dance academy in my teens, fuelling my passion for the creative arts.
Over the years I attended additional training, learning new techniques from some of the top names in the bridal industry, Rae Mathieson, Kristina Gasperas, Hannah Taylor and Kasia Fortuna. Being in the industry for over 9 years, my most recent achievements are winning Best Makeup Artist Perthshire at the Scotland Business Awards 2019, Wedding Hairstylist finalist in the SHABA awards 2019 and Hair and Makeup Specialist finalist 2019 and 2021 at the Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards.
Co-owner of a salon in Perth city centre, Obsession Hair & Makeup which I run with a close friend and fellow hairstylist Kirsty, opened it's doors in 2018.
We have created a quirky space relaxed and spacious creating a friendly vibe which is perfect for your hair and makeup trial. This unique style led to winning Neighbourhood Hair Salon of the Year at the Scottish Hair & Beauty Awards in 2021.
I absolutely love being part of a brides special day, from the first meeting at her trial, to the morning of the wedding, i like to make it as fun and relaxed as possible creating a bespoke hair and makeup look suit her individual style.
